04. Church Growth And Anagkazo

Welcome to track #4 of Mission Africa. Now, one of the things that I believe is important for us in making our churches more viable to grow is Anakazu, and it is one of the sections in this wonderful book on church growth, Anacazzle Church Growth, and Anacazzle. Turn with me to Luke chapter 14. Luke chapter #14 Luke 14. And we read from the 16th, A certain man made a great supper, and invited many people, and sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidding come, for all things are now ready. And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it, I pray thee, have me excused. And another said, I have brought 5 yoke of oxen, I go to prove them, I pray thee have me excused. And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. Amen. They all with 1 accord began to make excuse. So that servant came and showed his Lord these things. Then the master of the house, being angry, said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hit her, the poor, the name, the halt, and the blind. And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and the hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be failed. Amen. Are you there? Yeah. Now, this story is the only story in the Bible which ends up with the church being filled. Did you hear me? This story is the only story in the Bible which ends up with the church being full. Which is what we need in Zambia, which is what we need in Zimbabwe, which is what we need in Congo, Which is what we need in Malawi. This is the story that ends with the church being full. So every pastor and Christian should take this story seriously. Amen. Because it is a story that is going to lead you to growth in the filling of the House of the Lord. Within the story is a 1000 different revelations about church growth in increase this particular story. So it must be one of the most important stories. I used to have a little book called Anakazo. I feel like that book. I want to take that book and publish it again because, Anakazo, this story is, is a very, very, very important story. Now, how many of you here, you here know what is phlegmatic, choleric, sanguine and melancholic? You know it. You know what? Raise up your hand if you know. Please, everybody, just obey me. If you don't know what it is, don't raise your hand. You know what it is. Stand up, please. Those of you who know what it is, OK Those of you here who have stood up, I'm just the questions are going to revolve around you, OK? How many of you here are choleric? Put your hand down. How many of you are phlegmatic? How many of you are sanguine? How many of you are melancholic? OK, How many of you are phlegmatic? Some wait, raise your hand up high. Somebody has told you that you are phlegmatic before. Also, not just whether you think you're somebody has told you that you are phlegmatic. Oh, please keep your hand up. I'm. I'm assessing something. Please. Can you all come to the front, please? Those of you just please all, please stand over here. I'm just trying to count and see if somebody has told you you are phlegmatic before in their world since you came. Come to the front, please. Who does not accept Lawrence? Where is Lawrence? Oh, because he's filming? Is it because you are filming? Yeah. OK. Can you help me to count these people please? None of you here have phlegmatic. Not at all. 30 Count how many people are standing here. 64 Factually, you are not phlegmatic, you are not at all. You are what and what in the bit of cholerae melancholic and the bit of cholerae OK yes. And that are standing here, Yes. If you've told people that you are phlegmatic, you must come, yes, which you think you are phlegmatic, Yes. How many have joined? 34 and you are how many now standing? 60 OK how many of you here standing here right are not choleric like it's not a main thing. I've used cholerism like maybe you are melancholic or but not choleric. When I say choleric, driving, sharp tongue, rude, I mean driving, getting things done, talking, I mean whatever you are not like you are not choleric. Join this, join this group, join this, join. The rest of you standing here should be pure cholerics. The rest of you standing should be pure cholerics. Like that you are mainly choleric and there's I mean this. Are you part of this group here? Are you are you here? OK, so let's count Prince, count these people left here 30 and then the people here are what, 64? OK, Now this is proving my suspicions. I've not done this before, but it's proving my suspicions that people who are pure choleric, you know, are much fewer than people who are phlegmatized, containing phlegmatic tendencies. Do you understand tending to allow things to? Just how many of you are peaceful on this side? Peaceful you are sort of like you allow things to just flow. I'm not saying that you guys are bad. You get it. I'm not saying that you guys are bad. Yeah, no. But when I when I say peace to life, you accept things, there are more acceptings like it's OK like that, raise your hand. You just accept you are more accepting in life, peaceful. We say it in Zambia peaceful. How many are peaceful 64 majority by far. So the, the, the man who went, a certain great man who made a great supper all right, and invited many people, most of you here, when you invite many people, and this one says I've married a wife, I can't come. This one says I have a land, I'm going to inspect it. This one says you are peace. You just say, oh, I should have had this party at the end of the month. Next time more people will come. Yeah, isn't it? You wouldn't be so wild about because this guy's reaction was quite big clear. I mean, Charlie, the people you've invited, I mean, I've never met anybody in the world ever behave like this. Usually, Jesus is parables. You can meet people who behave, but I've never had somebody who had a party. The people that he invited and then come, he went out to the road, collected people, streets he never knew. And then even after that he was still not full and went for a second round. Get lame. Lepers have cripples and everybody there should be there should be be a space. I've not seen anybody like this before. That is a person who will take not take no for an answer, who will not be turned away, who is determined that I will not cancel my party. That is the person who will have his house filled. So we all, a large number of us by nature. You see everybody has commandments which are natural and there are commandments which are anti nature when it comes to sex. Men have more desire for food and sex usually. Or Zambia is different same Zimbabwe is it the same then have more desire for sex and food in Zimbabwe? OK if you say so then I believe it. So if God says my son arise and eat, it's a command which a man will flow naturally. Or if a man, the Bible says do your due benevolence and have sex with your wife, then to the glory of God, you will be able to do it. But then there are comments which are against your nature where maybe the Bible will be telling you have have sex. Let your husband drink waters from your system like he should be satisfied. Hey, because some of you when you finish having sex with your husband, he's not satisfied. But he, he, he is even disappointed. Yes, because you have served him bad sex. He could have had something better, but he is having a cadaver. Yes, it's like he, it's like he went to the Moultrie and saw a woman lying on the bed and climbed over, climbed up onto the bench and opened the legs of a dead body. Became excited with his erection and plunge his penis deep into the dead vagina of a dead body, which is still slightly warm, Slightly warm from the accident which killed the person freshly dead. Yeah. So by the time he he rises up from you, it is painting him because there are people who have sex with dead bodies in the Mortuary. Yeah. So by the time he rises from that, from that, it reminds him of sex with a dead person. Yeah. He just died. The person had just died and been brought freshly dead, slightly warm or cold. They are able to have sex with it. Yeah. So when he wakes up, he's disappointed. How do I get into it? What am I talking about? Yeah. So some of you when the command comes that you should have sex, it is against your nature and you are you give your padavaric dead body to your husband. But for the husband, when the Lord says, my son, arise, kill and eat, he says, Lord, anoint your servant. The hour is camp. Are you listening to me, sister? Do you understand what I'm preaching about? Now listen. Listen carefully. What I am saying. No. You people like talking when I'm preaching. Where? Where were you trained? Now listen. Listen carefully. In the same way, when God sends you out to build a church, to fill the church, for all of you here, it will be against your nature to do the things that you have to do, to let the church be full. And for all of you here, it will be in line with your nature to do things that will make the church full. Oh, you don't understand what I'm saying. Yeah, for all of you here, the command will be against your natural flow because because you are peaceful and like they said, they wouldn't come for the party. OK, no problem. I mean, if you are there, your wife says she wants to have four children. OK, if that's what you want, we'll do it. Like I'm. I'm. I'm phlegmatic too. My wife said this. I said OK, no problem. Oh, you don't get what I'm saying. So it is against your nature to even do the things that will make the church work. Yeah. I mean, just even accepting. No, some of you, I mean. You are so flegmatic. You, you, you, you just flow with peacefulness. Is it peaceful? And it's far peaceful to have a church that is not working. Peaceful. The church is not working. You are flowing to the church. But it's far more enjoyable to have a church that is working because it's more beneficial. But it's peaceful to have a church that is not working. It's just you are just there. No one has come. Even Tuesday's service will be very quiet. It's just something small. Just share a Bible verse and go home. There are three people who came and then you go have service once a Sunday, once a week. So what I suspected is what has happened to Teds. It's against your nature to rise up. And I mean, the house will be full. The house will be full. Hey, so if God is sending you and is telling you something that is against your nature, you must still do it because we all have two types of commandments. When I was in in doing A levels, I had three subjects, physics, chemistry, and biology. I hated chemistry. Not that I hated it, but I didn't like it because I didn't understand a lot of the things in it, so I had to learn it by heart. I don't like learning things by heart, I prefer to understand. But I could understand physics because physics has to do with light, heat, sound, nuclear power waves, sound waves, everything in physics I could understand and see it practically. But with chemistry, so many reactions or so many things, you can't remember any of what are they about? But it's like it's true. So just write it down. So I didn't like it. Then I also did biology. Biology too, you can understand because the kidneys working, the lungs are working, the heart is working, everything is working, the body, the plants, everything botany. But I could understand it. So I liked it. But when I did my A level, I had the same grade for physics, the same grade for biology, and the same grade for chemistry. Yeah, same. I will not tell you what I got, but I had exactly the same. And they were, they were very good grades. Top grades. Yeah. So I had top grades in the one that I like naturally, and top grades in the one that was unnatural for me to, to, to, to, to do. And that is the point that I'm making to you, that there are two types of things that we have to do what is natural and what is against your very nature. And you must have top grades in order to. You can't say I only do well in when I'm told to do something which is naturally what I like. You have to do well in things that are not naturally what you like. And also in the work of God, in marriage, in life, we have two types of things. There are things that are natural and there are things that are unnatural. Like for for somebody, you know, you may be a man who will never take your wife anywhere, let's say even for a holiday. Yeah, because it's against your nature. Let's not even go restaurants or even anywhere. You you never go anywhere. When when we came here to the Victoria Falls, I saw that Pastor Landi was the type who takes his wife for holidays in certain places because he knows every inch of the Victoria Falls. He when you go hear this, when you go hear this, he's been coming here, you see, and I went to a country I remember where the pastor who we are sender as a missionary, he did not even know where there was a restaurant. So whilst I was there, I went on investigations to find if there's any restaurant in this town. No, he has never been there before. So some of you, your background, your background, it's it's like you are more of a villager type of person. You get what I'm trying to say. You are more of a villager who has come to the town. You get what I'm saying? You are more of a villager who's come to town. So it's like some of the things in the marriage instructions, you have to virtually do it by force because it doesn't come naturally. Your father was a hunter. You get what I'm saying? Your mother was carrying firewood for five miles every day. And your background, Your father never drank tea from a cup before. Yes, he has never drank from a tea cup before. Obviously it is going to be difficult to train you in a certain cultured way and make you be somebody who will even go with his wife or even children. Even though you are in Zimbabwe, you have not seen Victoria Ball before. You saw it today, even though you are from Zimbabwe. You have never seen a lion before, a lion only on TV. Because to you it is nothing. Because even though you are in town, you are a villager in your soul. You are in town, but you are a villager in your soul. Yeah. So some of these instructions which are against your nature, OK, are also important, even though it is against your very nature. And that's what I'm saying that when I did my A level, I had the same grade in physics, chemistry and biology. And when I was in medical school too, there was a year that I had a distinction. I topped my my class, but that was in pathology distinction in pathology again, we were doing 3 subjects, pathology, microbiology and pharmacology. All the other two. I was also about to be the top in the class. Yeah, I didn't like part of the whatever. It was not nice to me. You know, even when I, when I got the distinction, it wasn't anything I particularly enjoyed. I enjoyed the microbiology part, which has to do with the animal parasites and worms and so many other things, insects and parasites, viruses, bacteria. But when the result came, so I was wondering why, what happened? Because I went to the exam room and they asked me a question and they didn't allow me to answer. I couldn't. I didn't understand. What is it? What, what are you asking me? You know, I mean, a guy asked me a question and stared at that question. And so when I went, then I failed. But later on they said, no, you were getting credit. You were going to get distinction. They didn't want you to get it, so they ask you those questions. So although I didn't answer that, I was, I was out already. Yeah, but I was getting distinction, distinction, distinction or distinction credit. Credit. I was going to get high marking all, but only my one distinction when I was on top of everybody. No one else had a distinction but all of them. They were three, but I was going to get the same up there. But they didn't want me to get it because they don't want people to have too high. What do you call it? What I'm trying to explain is that we all have things that it's easier to do for this one. Yeah, this one is against your nature. I tell you when I say against your nature, it's like Charlie, look, some people and when you give you maths even to count, man, you cannot count. Like to count the notes, it's very difficult for them. I'm telling you, you they count it 6 times. It cannot work, Yeah, I mean there are people who cannot do maths and there are some people who etc. My little daughter was asked what is your best service? She said maths. I said so at a young age. Somebody said I like maths. So it shows you that it's like nature selects people and then this is more easy for you to do. So I'll never see her learning things that are reading, reading subjects about this and that. But she likes maths. My father was a maths teacher. Yeah. And I and I had a prize in maths. So you will not be surprised. But again, you cannot do only maths. You have to do other things. You get it. So what I'm trying to say is that the things that God has for us to do, some of them I tell you it's against you. They say, like for instance, for me, I am also a cleric, all right? I have phlegmatic when I want to be phlegmatic and correct when I choose my temperament depending on the occasion. The choleric in me needs to be calmed down to be a phlegmatic when I'm pastoring people, because you cannot use choleraism to pastor people. You need that natural phlegmatic flow. Whatever the person is doing and saying, you are also there. You also don't move and you are also not moved away. Yeah, you can't be rigid with members. Somebody's talking, somebody's coming late. 1 melancholic. One of our melancholic pastors, you know, Africa. I don't know about Zimbabwe, but where I come from, when you say 8:00, they'll come at 9. Do you have it here too? OK. Yeah. This guy, I don't know whether he developed some European characteristics. So when they start service at 8, you know, Tally, if you are not there by 8:00, you are out. Yeah, I think he was even knocking the door, you know? And look, you cannot do that with ordinary members. Even the leaders. You cannot do that. Yeah, even the leaders. All the leaders will be late. Yeah. And you cannot get angry. We were supposed to start the camp yesterday night. You people were not here. I was here from the afternoon because we didn't come. I went to look at Victoria Falls and I became I became wet. I was wet then instead of coming to preach, I have to spend the evening drying my shoes because I have only one pair of shoes and it has it has gotten wet in Victoria Falls. But when I came, I didn't say anything. I said, oh, then when I was coming this morning, I heard that some people are now coming from the border. I said, oh, no problem if you take the attirement. All right, Waiting on to see before Charlie. See self mandate. Mandate. Drink Charlie. Easy. When you come in the afternoon, I'll come. It's not a problem. Yeah, I turn on the phlegmatism, and I just flew with it. Are you there? Yeah. But when it comes to church growth, for the house to be third, you must be more determined than Alexander the Great. Do you know Alexander the Great? Alexander the Great was a commander from Greece and his father conquered the whole of the Greek Empire but couldn't enter Asia. So he decided that he would enter Asia, overcome Persia, which is Afghanistan, Iran and all those countries and go into India. So he fought with Darius. Remember Darius in the Bible, he fought with him and killed him in the end and went there. But on the way there, he saw an island, and that island was with very high walls, and it was in the sea, the green water sea. He was in the sea with waves. And he told the people in the island that they should surrender, that he is going to Asia, that he doesn't want an enemy behind him. When he goes this way. These people are at his back, you understand? Yeah, he doesn't want that. So he asked them to surrender and give up. No one had defeated them before. Do you see? No one has defeated them before. And their walls were very high on the rocks. So when you come, first of all you have to cross the sea and when you get to the sea it's just walls. So he asked them to surrender. They said we will never surrender. He thought that I had a council of meeting with these generals and they said, look. Then they said let we are going to fight these people and let us send a last message to them. 60 feet high. I am 6 feet. The wall was 60 feet. I'm 6 feet. The wall was 60 feet high. Yeah. No. In those days, a war was your main salvation. Yeah. The city of Constantinople, for 1000 years, it was protected by its walls. It was when Mehmed the Second came to fight against Constantinople that he was able to enter. That is how to break steel meat. 1000 year steel meat in your battle for church growth. There are kids now. Listen, when they got to the city of TA, are you there? He sent the last group of messengers. When they got there, they cut off their head through the head into the water and through their bodies. So you see the ball, the head going. That was the last drop of Alexander the Great said, OK, as you are there, I'm coming there. So he said that I will build a road in the sea, the the water, the green water with waves all the way to where the island is. He said, I have patience, I have time. And he started to yeah, that's why I said that I am more determined than Alexander the Great. He put rocks in the water for this number of kilometers into the sea with rocks, wood, rocks, wood. And when he was building the people in the in the in the they were watching from the war. Hey, the son of the thief was every happening, OK, He has taken his time patients. He will not invade this evil again. He will only fight here. And as they were building, they realized that the scene was coming. When you reach a place, the water was in the 18 meters deep still he's building a 20 foot wide and six feet. So 6 feet, 20 feet to go on. Yeah, straight to the city with wood and stones. When the people saw that it was coming, they had they had they had a gate that is like in a harbor. The opening brought out some ships and came to attack. The people attacked them, then bent down part of the thing they were building, broke it, killed the people and rushed back to the island. Alexander the Great said no problem. He built a tower, a tower in as part of the thing to defend the things that they were building. Continue pouring the stones and fighting and building. And he built it up to the stone. And then they climbed the walls. Yeah. And they crucified the people when they entered. After that, all the towns when he was going. We surrender. Wow. Tell your neighbor I am more determined than Alexander the Great. Yeah. So you are going to build a church and we are going to harvest from the church. I we are going to harvest souls. Members. Thousands of members. It must be commercially viable. Yeah, there must a certain number of oranges for the farm to be useful. A certain number of corn, a certain number of potatoes, certain amounts. Otherwise it's a farm. But it is not. It has not reached a stage where the harvest is viable and really useful. 22 members. 23. Honestly, please. It's not enough. It's a garden. It's a personal garden. It's a backyard garden. It's not a it's not a farm. It's not a farm. This was a fun. Yeah. The days of 22 and 23 members are over in the name of children. The days of mentioning any number less than hundreds are over. The days of less than 1000 Zambians. There must there must be more than 1000 Zambians, more than 1000 Zimbabweans. More than 1000 Malawians, more than 1000 Congolese. Look, when we have camps, even in South Africa, the people want to come. We say no. That's why I said nobody should come to South Africa for the camp unless we are South Africa. And apart from that, some people want to come. They cannot get a chance to come because their halls are too small. So Zambians, all these years we have been here planting seeds. For what purpose were we here planting these seeds, huh? All that we have shown here, it must turn into something viable. More people must come to know the Lord. More churches must be a stand. More people must be saved. Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. Tell somebody I am more determined now now than Alexander the Great. Wow, sit down. Hallelujah. Now the Christian posture you see because of what Jesus said that if somebody takes your coat, your or your shirt, you should add the coat you get. It gives you the feeling or the posture of allowing things to be. See, that's where that's so Christianity, Africanism and phlegmatism. Combining traditional Christianity gives a threefold increase in phlegmatism. Yeah, that is why you find that Nigerians usually have big churches because they apply a narcasu by its natural. When Jesus said OK, go out and compel them to come in, it was the word anacazo, which means number one to force people. The meaning of the word compelled. Remember that the Bible is written, translated from the Greek to English. So I'm sure you have it in Zambian language, in Malawian language. If we translate it from the English to the Malawian language or the Zambian language, if you want to really know them, you have to come back to the English. But when you are in the English and you really want to know them, you have to go back to the Greek. And if you are in the Greek and you really want to know the language, what do you go from Greek to earth Latin? I think you know. So when you go back to the Greek, go out and compel the people to come in. The word is anacazo, Amen. And anacazo means force, so again it doesn't seem to correspond with what Jesus said when he said if somebody slaps you on the right 10 the other cheek, let him slap the other side too. Or if he takes your jacket, give him your shoes. The next one is that it means compel, which again indicates the force. Are Zambians forceful? Peaceful Zambians are very peaceful. Are Ghanaians forceful? Kenyans are forceful compared to Nigerians. Compared to Nigerians, Ghanaians are Zambians. We have levels of calmness and, and, and Zambians look very calm and pleasant. Una lecan, that's you may not know. Wow #3 it means to constrain. Constrain the people. Amari faas. Constrain the people. All right. Otherwise your church is going to be empty. How many have heard of Pastor Chris? Pastor Chris or Yakilomi? You must have heard of him. He is forcing you to hear of him. You will hear of him by all means. But I've never heard of any Zambian minister in Ghana. If you come to Ghana or Gambia, you'll not hear of any Zambian man of God, but you hear of a Nigerian man of God in Zambia. But you know here of a Zambian man of God in Ghana or Gambia or Sierra Leone. And when you go to Sierra Leone, you will see a Nigerian man of God there and you will know Pastor Chris because the next one, number 5 is to necessitate necessary. It's necessary for you to know Him because he has made a book called Rhapsody of Reality, and it's necessary to have that book and it's necessary to read it for your salvation, your Christianity to improve. It's necessary and you have made it necessary for everybody in the world to have that book. Wow, that is it. I'm explaining to you why some people's ministries are successful whilst others don't seem successful. It's almost like it's the nature of the person who is ministry. And Jesus is here by this parable teaching us how to take up almost a new nature, as you almost have to take up a new nature different from your natural nature. Yeah, necessary to necessitate, because you can preach to somebody and necessitate then to take certain decisions. You, you make it necessary. You tell them that by the time you walk out of here you may die. So give your life to Christ now. Then the person realized necessary to give my life now. So I have lifted my hand. So you have necessitated the person's salvation. By the way, you spoke to the person, he couldn't take an option of taking his salvation later. You necessitate. Amen. Are you tired? Are you sure? OK, drive. The next one is drive to drive. You see again, almost every pastor whose church is not working and not going does not have a drive. And the word anacazo means to drive. It's one of the meanings. And I'm reading from the Greek dictionary the the Strong's Concordance. I'm reading these words out from the strong stone. What is not my idea? I'm not reading from a dictionary. I'm reading from the strong concordance of Greek words and that strong stone what has given the interpretation of the word anataso? And it means to drive. So it means a pastor must have a drive. That's why when you are there, you have a drive. Usually you see that you do well in business because it takes a drive to do well in business. If you don't have a drive, you can't do well in your business. Usually. Do you need. Usually people who are successful in business have a certain drive. Amen. Where's Clement? He's OK. Yeah. But I was not surprised that he he he stood here with the cholerics because usually when somebody is successful, he has a certain drive. Without that drive, usually you don't become rich. Are you listening to me? Yeah. So if it is an Zambian or an Zimbabwean to have that kind of a drive, Please remember I've gone to great lengths to explain that there are some instructions from God that are against your nature and another group that are in line with your nature. You must do well in the ones that are in line with your nature and the ones that are almost anti how you are personally. That is why Jesus said If any man come unto me and does not deny himself and follow me, he cannot be my. He didn't say and deny devils, deny devils, satans, lucifers, lots of belzebubs, and other forms of creatures from The Dark World, from the animal Kingdom, the sea Kingdom, the marine Kingdom, and other spirits. No, He left all those spirits and said he should deny himself. He cannot be my disciple. Wow. As a man you would like to have sex all the time. You have to deny, say no, No. As a woman, you like to be jealous all the time. You have to say no and quarrel all the time and bring about the quarrel. Where there's no quarrel. No quarrel has come at all. But you have brought what? There was no problem at all till you came. And you've brought out a choir. Yeah. Hey, ladies, Me. I'm not afraid of you. Not afraid of you at all. Hey. So the next one is threats. Threats. Threatenings. There is a time when you must be able to threaten. Wow. And then entreats like dead. Wow. When tyrants are sometimes caught, you should see how they switch because sometimes some of the these heads of states they a very exciting way, threatening, shouting, thriving, you know. But when they are caught, when Saddam Hussein was caught, he was under a septic tank. He was in a septic tank and he had been living in the septic. I've watched a film on how he was caught as soon as the soldiers, they were walking, the other Americans who they were walking the floor, they say he is somewhere here. As soon as they pass over and they saw the septic tank cover on the floor. He was using it to breathe when they opened it. Then he said I am Saddam Hussein, president of president of Iraq. I want to negotiate. I want to negotiate, you see. Yeah, from the whole because of his position, he started to entreat. I want to negotiate. But first it was other things. And Gaddafi do the same. When they caught him, he was running, was was running. They were running behind A tag was running. Hey, something in Liberia, when they caught Sergeant Doe, President, do I tell you he was tied up? He cut off his ears. Then he was explaining, said Sir. Sir, when two men fight, one wins, you know? And he started to entreat. Yeah. Negotiations, entreaties. It was Beggy. I beg you. All right, All right. Anacazo is important because certain type of people are the ones who are going to fill our churches. Look, this story, the man forgot about the bourgeoisie people, the posh people, because a lot of the posh people will not come to church. So if you are going to try building your church with posh people, yeah, I'm sorry, only a handful of posh people will come to church in the end. That is why whenever they are posh, excuse me to use the word posh, I hope you understand when I say but I don't know, you are not posh, OK? Everybody here is posh and all those listening to me are posh, OK? I'm talking about like very rich people or certain types of people, high class, whatever people, they don't believe in God, you know, and when you invite them, they will not come. So if you are going to depend on such people to let the church grow, it's not going to grow. And you see why. Use your life as an experiment to discover the things that are already discovered. 2000 years ago the the scriptures was written. It's there, we are reading it and it is still true today. They will not come. So this guy had to do 2 changes to his ministry, 1st to go to the streets and the lanes and then to go to the highways and the hedges. And the first was to ordinary people in the streets and but the second was to peoples blind. It's like people who can't see, people who are blind having to come to church. We have a church service at the Kodesh in Accra for blind people. Yeah, we have a service for them, for blind whatever people. And we give them money also to look after them, you know, I mean, they are the least the last group, when they come, their eyes are closed. Nobody likes such people. Yeah. So telly if you're going to have churches growing, I mean, the people that nobody even likes or believes in, if you take those people as your members, your church will be 4. And those people who are blind, God will heal them before you realize everybody in your church can see. And people will say, why do you get such people from? So when I got them originally, they were blind. Yeah. So people that are going to fill our churches are not the original people that we would have liked to have in our churches. But you have to move out of that. Amen #3 without anacazzle your church is going to be empty. So you must accept that your church is not being filled because of a lack of anacazzle, which is a lack of what Dr. Emmanuel? Plus, you say you are phlegmatic, is it not? Is it not what the Bible says? Drive the drive. Did you join the flagmatics? Yeah. And I wrote it. Jesus said it. Jesus. I mean, like without the whole party was NTU. Wow, can you all see without a drive? You have 21 members and you've been there for two years and there is one reason all these members are supposed to be present but they are not here. Small Anacazo has brought some few members. Church is growing one and a castle. No drive, no drive. You are just there. So as you come to church this would have been your church 4. All these places would have been 4:00. During the South African camp, I told one of the pastors, you'd have had 1000, but it was as though I saw a vision. You know, it was as though I saw a vision like 1000 people who were not present in his life, but they would have been present in his life. But because of his pragmatism, he's just there with 150 people. There were 1000, but 1000 are absent because he has no drive. He's not like this guy in this story who is determined that he will not have the tech service or the party without a full house. And these are the original friends that I wanted to This is my cousin. This is my sister-in-law, my brother, my brother, my 3 cousins, my friend from America, my friend from Japan. This my brother's friend, my classmate, my sister, my Singaporean, Korean, Chinese friend, this guy. These three were in university with me, this one my friend from Togo. And these three are my wife's sisters. Wow, these are the original people that I was going to invite for. And all the rest of the members who I was inviting are like this either relatives, my relatives, relatives, my friends, friends, schoolmates, all of them say we are busy. Huh. I drive for what? I drive for the house to be full. Look, it's nice for you to say the reason why people are not coming to the church, because, you know, they are very poor. You know, there are no lights, you know there are no buses there. Look, read the Bible. Why don't we want to be humble and accept that the house is empty because of a lack of anataso? But as it's filling up, I, you see, I feel more encouraged. But even this, there can be more, there can be more people in the House of the Lord. We are a special church made of human beings and angels and human beings in the front, angels at the back. So be encouraged. And there are certain men of God these days. When we invite them to Smarter, they look at the size of the church to know whether to come or not. Don't follow such people. Yeah, don't follow because Jesus was speaking to 12 disciples and we are more than 12. Instead of accepting that it's because of a lack of your drive, ain't it? Now your church is empty. So I've given you the reasons why anacazo is important #1 Anacazo is important because only a certain type of evangelism will lead to church growth #2 Anacazo is important because the people that will fill our churches are not in places, they are not bourgeois people. We cannot receive bourgeoisie invitation cards #3 The reason why anarchazo is important is because without anarchazo your church will be empty #4 without anarchazo your church will die. And #5 Life is becoming more hectic and people are busier in Zambia. Is it not true? Are people not busier in Zambia than ever, ever, ever before? The whole world is becoming like that. Ghana is very busy now. Hey, Ghana was not like that at all. Now it's very busy, hectic. You cannot even stay there if you are not used to it. When you come to Accra, you cannot. British Airways comes every day twice with a big plane of jumbo jet size. Big one every aeroplane. The world comes to Ghana. Tell tell your neighbor without a narcasu, the busy people will not come to my church. Everybody will just download an excuse on you and you are down for.
