Welcome to track number two of The Road to Calvary. So we are moving on Matthew 17 verse 12. It says, But I say unto you, that Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of Man suffer of them, And Luke 9/22 it says the Son of Man must suffer. Many things and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain. Everybody say the Son of Man, he must suffer. He must suffer. Amen. You must suffer, I must suffer. You will suffer. I will. I will suffer mental agony as we decide to obey the well you. Suffer the loss of certain things. We suffer at the hands of people, people's opinion. We suffer the sufferings of humility and of having to forgive and the wounds of battle. We will experience all these sufferings because that. Is the. Nature of Our Calling Here unto where you called, here unto where you called. Arm yourself likewise prepare yourself. Don't prepare yourself to get. Prepare yourself to lose. It's difficult to explain, but you are. If you don't believe it, then perhaps God is not giving you that grace today. Amen. He says that He must first suffer many things and be rejected of this generation. I have been rejected by many people. Amen. Many people reject. Me even up till today. But I experienced even more rejection when I started in my ministry. I was rejected by the big ministries of our day. They rejected me. They wouldn't have anything to do with me. They wouldn't come and preach in my church. One of them said he does not sow. Amongst thorns. When I invited him to come and preach, he said I don't sow among thorns anymore. That is, we were now the thorns. He doesn't sow seeds among thorns. Rejection. You are not wanted. Even now I know when I'm not wanted. I went to preach somewhere and when I went to preach there, I could feel even people were not receiving me. Afterwards they had a dinner and somebody was sitting at the table and somebody was there and one of the ministers of the government was talking and she was saying. See, already this guy, I don't like him and already this guy. And then he's come here to say this and that and that and that, and already this guy don't like it. You get it. So you can see already there are people who have rejected you. They they don't want you, they don't believe in you, you are rejected. There are doctors who reject me as a madman. They see me as a madman, one professor. He was, he called one of our church members and he asked him what he was, what he was going to do in the evening. He said I'm going to church. And he asked Whitchurch and he said Lighthouse, this was many years ago. And I said lighthouse, who is the pastor? So Dang you with meals. So really then the man started laughing. So he asked him that why? Why are you laughing? They continue. Then he asked me a question. Jack, he what knows? Is he normal? A pathology professor. Is he normal? I said why? Do you ask whether he's normal? He's normal. Why do I know? The professor said normal. Does a normal person behave, behave like that? You say you are starting a church, a medical student, you are starting a church. You are going here, going here, preaching, carrying drums. Are you normal? Oh yeah. Is he normal? And he laughs and laughs and laughs. Many, many years ago, I never. It was recently that the brother was telling. More than 10 years ago. And so more than 15 years ago, I don't know how long ago, I'm rejected. Some people see this. They see me as a lunatic, one person said. When I see that word, must I? Feel. Sick, Sick. You see, and, and I would have been a cardiologist, I'd have been a cardiothoracic surgeon, I'd have been a neurologist, I'd have been a, what, what could I have been a surgeon general surgeon, What a, you know, and I'd have gone and would have recognized me. So I've just come from Harvard where I'm giving some lectures and, and I have been welcomed in the medical community and I've been, and they give me a lecture. So one of our old students has come, is giving a lecture in the lectures. I have been accepted there, but now I'm not accepted. So that when they are doing ward rounds in Colaba, you see, our church can be seen. So they see this and then they ask the doctor say you are also in the church. Then they ask, are you a sheep or a shepherd? And they make fun of us. Rejection. They say Christ must suffer and be rejected. You must be refused. We don't want you. We don't like you. We we, we think you are crazy. It's part of Christian and no one will ever do well and rarely be accepted unless you are first rejected by all means. Some people will reject you as crazy. That is the ministry that we have been called to. Hallelujah. All right, are you still around now? These verses are similar. Now I've got some other ones here. It says in Acts chapter 3 verse 18. But those things which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, He had so fulfilled. Amen. Christ must suffer and God has fulfilled it that we must suffer and it has been fulfilled. When Paul was called to the ministry, what was it that Paul was told in Acts Chapter 9 verse 16? It says, For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name. I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name. Not how much prosperity I'm going to give him, but how he must suffer. Listen, Pastor, why is it difficult to send a charismatic pastor to affront place to start a church, huh? Just a affront place. You cannot get a pastor to go there. One time I went to just a Amasama and it was I think Sunday. We went to preach and there was a church building there and we asked. Whether they were having church and they said there was no church that day. So why? He said, well, the pastor has run away from the from that place you see you. Cannot easily get a charismatic pastor to go. And so that is why you and I should shut up and not criticize Catholics. Do you see? Do you see why we shouldn't criticize a Catholic? Because if you go to the North and you go to certain places, you wouldn't find charismatic there, but you'll find Catholics there. And at least through the Catholics, they are hearing about the name of Jesus Christ and they are seeing the cross. They are seeing the cross. Otherwise they wouldn't know about the cross, they wouldn't know about Christ, and they would all become Muslims. So we should shut up. We are. We are passing judgment through our words. We are condemning. Ourselves. We are looking at the the the most in somebody's eyes and the babies in our eyes. Big ones, huh? Let us, let us not judge anybody. We wouldn't go there. I went to Tamali. I could charismatic churches. But you see, the Catholic, I went to his England Tala, they were the Catholics. Church far away in the net. They are there in the heat and there's a Catholic father and a Catholic Bishop. How many charismatic bishops are outside a crap? If you are a Bishop, you must be in a crap. It's a good message. Tell somebody that he's preaching a good message. Hey man, I'm just reading verses to you. Acts 2623 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should show light unto the people and to the Gentiles. Okumensa Christ should suffer, rise from the dead and show light. Do you wonder why we are not showing lights? There's no light coming from us. No change of direction. I tell you, no change of direction. Where are the? Is it not a strange thing to find a virgin? Do you understand what I mean? Virginity. Do you understand virginity? You cannot easily find a virgin. We are not married, but we are not virgins. We are not married, but we are more experienced than somebody who is married for 10 years. We are not married, but we are taking contraceptives. We are not married and we have condoms and we are pastors. And we are pastors, wives, and we want to be ministers and our people, there's no light for them because the pastor has not suffered for him. If he's fighting not to suffer, he's fighting part. He can never suffer anything. So you see, before you can come and show the light, you must have suffered something. And because you are refusing to suffer something, you never suffer and write and bring the lights, and so you never. Have a certain light because you don't want to stop her. You will fight, you will stand up for your right, you will shoot a pastor, you will detain me, you will you will show that listen, you are not born yesterday and nobody can take you for God. You know me and you know brother God call. Me. Hey, you are coming to fight. That's a Christian today. That's a pastor. So much so that the police have to separate us Amsterdam. There was a church. They planned, you see the. People. Have been changed they said that the pastor is staying with his girlfriend then the pastor said that he has moved so the pastor said that he has moved from the girlfriend's house but actually he has disconnected that phone and he's using his mobile phone so that when he's in his girlfriend's house you call him on his mobile you say that he's he has moved he's not in the girlfriend's house and then when they. Said he has moved. He has moved upstairs. So the girlfriend is on this floor. He is upstairs on the next floor. Another church. The. Pastor said. I don't know what happened, but they said that pastor, either he's dropping the money, he's taking the money to Ghana to build a hotel, something, something. Oh. So they brought tear gas to the church. These are Christians tear gas and the whole congregation has planned that when the pastor gives communion, nobody would take the communion. So the first I came and found the communal nobody to the communal. They brought the communal, all the communal care back then they brought the tear gas to spray on the pasta and. Police had to come to separate the Christians. We are the. Charismatics there is, this, there is. He said that Christ should. Suffer and show light. And the light is the direction of how our lives will be. And nobody will suffer. Nobody will allow. I'm telling you, nobody would allow. If you feel like having sex, you will do it. You will not suffer the pain is it in those days if you are in a relationship and you are not married, if you go and visit your beloved and even you have an erection or whatever? You control it. Even if when you are going home, your charges are paying you, you go home with it and you confess yourself. It's a message. Oh, you don't understand my message? But today I can't take this at all. I come dying before you realize you are removing your trousers. You know what you're about to do. In those days, you see that they got busy. They are beloved. They are coming home. You see that they are working as you see that they are suffering. You don't understand the message. It's a good message, The cross, and I mean it's stupid. Christ should rise from the dead and should show. Light, light. When you have suffered a, you show light you are able to see. You know I didn't do this, so don't do it. But you can't say that. So all you say is First Thessalonians after four first forces. You didn't do it. You understand. You say first, Italians after four first, but you can't say look. I'll be where you are and I didn't do so you must also. But you can't say that, you say. Do the scripture. The scripture cannot be broken. You can't talk about yourself. They're just preaching scriptures. There are certain cases, revelations certain. I saw three frogs and I'm just tell us about yourself and the message will become so powerful. The reason why the full Gospel breakfast meeting was so powerful was because people come and give testimony of their themselves. That's all. They don't have any special. They just stand and say I was a chicken farmer. All my chickens died and I gave my life to Christ and it's powerful. I was this. I used to do that. I used to I'm Robinski to my house. I hope they put a gun to my head. I repented. I gave my life to Christ. Today I'm the bonnet. It's powerful. When there's testimony, there's power. Bible says that the testimony is the power. The power is in the testimony, but we have no testimony. Therefore we have no power. They overcame him by their testimony, eh? By is that not there? Is that not a scripture like that? They overcame him with what? And by the word of their testimony you overcome in ministry by the blood and the. Word of your testimony and there is no testimony and therefore there is no overcoming. Oh, are you there? Romans 8 verse 17 it says and if children, then earth. As of God and join earth with Christ, if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. We suffer with Him, we will be glorified together. Suffer with Jesus and we will be glorified together. Amen. How many want to be glorified with the Lord? Jesus, I want to be glorified with the Lord and when you are glorified with the Lord, you, when you, when you work with the when you suffer with the Lord, you will have glory. No suffer, no glory. That's one is there Amen. All right. Second Corinthians chapter one, verse 6, it says whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual and enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer, Amen. Or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. Philippians chapter one, verse 29. And this is a key verse that I want you to keep as a, if you like, a memory verse, Amen. A memory verse. Philippians chapter one, verse 29. I think maybe we should all open that Scripture. Philippians one verse 29 Are you there? He says, Philippians one verse 29 Have you found it all right? It says, For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for his sake. Are you seeing this? It has been given to us not only believing, not only faith, not only prosperity, but also to suffer and when God. Calls you to suffer and to give up something. Please give it up. Amen. When you suffer for the Lord, I promise you, you are going to experience something else. Look at me, everybody. Do you know something? Do you know that Jesus could have continued preaching to more people? He could have gone to Morocco, Algeria, Libya, France, Europe, so many places, Baghdad. His His ministry involved two things. First he had to preach. Then he stopped. Everything as if he was mad. And you may not have been to Israel before, but I have been there. And Galilee. When we read these. Words in the Bible we all think Galilee, Bethlehem, Judea. They are all one and the same place, but they are very far apart. Galilee is capenum and so on. Those are the towns in Galil. It's about Krip coast to Accra distance. That's where he was operating. He preached and then he stopped preaching. Then he started walking to Jerusalem. It was on his way to Jerusalem. He passed through Jericho and met the blind, blind man on the way. He passed through Samaria to Jerusalem. He said he set his face. I'm heading in this because he had finished preaching. It's time to suffer without the suffering component. There is something you see. What you must understand is there is something you can never understand about suffering. You will understand it eternal. It's a spiritual thing. It converts itself into power and it converts itself into authority and it converts itself into glory. These are the three things that come out of suffering, power, authority and glory. That is why there was the preaching of the cross is power. That is why when Paul was questioned about his authority, he rather explained the things he has suffered. That is how he stole who he was. And that is why they say that the light affliction we are experiencing is working for us, an eternal. Weight of glory you. Can't understand it? Don't try to understand it. It just creates power, authority and glory for a Christian. Suffering produces these three things, and these are things we don't have. We don't have the power to change anybody. Nobody's changing. We don't have the authority that is needed in the ministry because we have not suffered through certain things. And we don't have the glory. We don't have glory here, we won't have glory there because we are not suffering. We we are not prepared to step up for anything. So ladies and gentlemen, God wants us and I believe that if we have that mind, there would be missionaries going and even the word missionary is an absent word in the church. Whoever heard of the word missionary? How many missionaries would be stand from so cleanly if we were to have 20 missionaries who would be going into the different towns in Ghana and the villages? But you see that kind of thing, we are not used to that kind of thing now. We are not used to that. We, you know, if anything, we start a church in London, isn't it? If you don't start a child, I'm having Hamburg, isn't it? Or Dusseldorf. There are 50 something churches in Dusseldorf. Amsterdam, you get it. And it's like God has called us to be bishops of the whole world, you see. But the whole world we know is London and Amsterdam and Hamburg just behind us. There's no interest because it's all poverty and backwardness and, and, and there's no difference as the church, the population is moving towards the city, the pastors are also moving towards the city. It should be the opposite way that the people are coming and we are also going towards poverty. Because you see Jesus Bible say he left Jordan and he went into the wilderness led by the spirits through the wilderness. Amen. So, ladies and gentlemen, I believe that as you listen to this tape, you see what I'm preaching. Most of you, you haven't even heard it before. How many have not heard this before? Honestly, you haven't heard. How many are surprised that there's a lot of suffering in the church like that? Give me a wave. I am surprised myself, yeah. All this is suffering, so God wants us to go through. He says it is given to me in the behalf of Christ not only to believe that he what meals not. Only to believe, but also to suffer when God was calling police. I will show him how much he must suffer. He will suffer. I'll show him how much he must suffer. It's been given to me and to you, my friend, not only to believe, but also to suffer, to lose something, to lose something, to give up something for God. Amen. God, we are getting somewhere, it says. Verily, when we were with you, we. Told you before that we should suffer tribulation even as it came to pass, and you know we told you that we will suffer First Thessalonians 34, 2nd Thessalonians 1/5, which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God. That he may be. Counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you also suffer. First Timothy, 410. It says, for therefore we both labor and suffer reproach. You see, reproach or insults is part of our suffering. Suffering involves reproach. And it says we labor and suffer reproach because we trust in the living God, who is the. Saviour of all men, especially of those that believe. Second Timothy 112 For the which 'cause I suffer these days, nevertheless I'm not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I'm persuaded that He is able to keep that which I've committed unto Him against that day. Second Timothy 2, verse 9, wherein I suffer trouble. You see, we suffer trouble, suffer reproach, suffer loss as an evil doer even unto bones, but the word of God is not bound. Hallelujah. Second Timothy 2 verse 12 He says, but if we suffer, we shall also reign with Him, and if we deny Him, he also will deny us. Hallelujah. Are you ready to suffer so that you reign with Him? Say Amen. Say I'm ready to suffer for my Jesus. Are you ready to lose something for God? Oh yes, Oh yes, there's always something. And I tell you, I have suffered the loss of even my reputation, my profession, my good name, family rejection, many things. And in the ministry, I have suffered many things that you may not know about. Governments are chasing me. Is it not marvellous because I've built a toilet for the people? Police stoning. You see, we we feel that when we don't suffer, God's power and grace has saved us. And if His grace is with you and his power is with you, he will cause it to escape. That's why when you are experiencing the ministry, you realize that it's not what you have escaped, but what you have been through. What have you been through? What have you survived? When I was talking to Bishop Tanker Williams that he was telling me, he said. He said there are certain people. He said to me there are certain people that are self appointed. He said when the Prince of Ghana visit them two or a few times. He said when the Prince of Ghana visit them some few times. They will run away from the ministry. Yeah, and he was saying, he said there are some people who want to retire me. They want to retire by they don't know that the thing that is fighting me, when I go from that check and they go and sit on that check, the thing that is fighting me will fight them. You'll be surprised that the troubles that a person is getting is because of his position and because of the chair that he is moving into. Once. I wonder the day that King Ahab died, you know the instruction they gave to the the commanders of the Philistine army, They said in Second Kings it's a. Fight with neither great nor small, save only with the King of Israel. Don't fight with anybody when you see a great man in the chair. Don't fight it when you see a small. Man in the chair don't only the pastor safe only with the king leave everybody, even the associate and the big guy leave the the king only. He's the one that we are after, safe only with the King. So many of us don't know that some of the problems that we have been through is because of the position and that's why Paul suffered so much. One day I was talking to Bishop naked. He was, he said to me, He said, look. There are some people there. Whatever, he said, look, what have you been through? He said. It's not what you are doing or what you have been, but what you have been through. What have you been through? What have you survived? That's what he said. What have you been through? What have you survived? One day I was talking to him and I told him the IRS were harassing my life. They were investigating during NDC government. But when I was telling him that I went, I was telling him they took me. I sent my account and they said no, no, no, come yourself, come and fill the form. I filled the form. They said what? Do I eat? How much do I eat? What do I do this money? This. Hey, when I told him, you know what he said. He shook my hand. He said congratulations. I filled that phone five times. What have you survived? What have you been through? When I say what have you survived? Tell somebody, what have you been through? What have you survived? Yeah, that is what determines who you are. What have you survived? What have you been through? He said. Congratulations, I've I've filled that form five times. There is nobody who is somewhere in the church or in the ministry. If you are following Christ, is this what is that? We are not following Christ. We are following our bellies. That is why our ministries, I'm telling you, look, you will never understand how it happens. Satan will take you up. You will never up one way or another financially, maritally, some of you are having marital. Seniazo, do you know Seniazo, do you know Seniazo? There's a tape called Seniazo. Try and get that tape. It's a fire. Uncontrollable things, things that you cannot control. When they come to move in your life, you see that you don't have control. Some of you, you don't know the trouble. That is because. You are working with God not because you are far away from God. Many of us told that the problem is the sign that God is not with you. Then Paul was not with God. For Paul the Shipwrecked, 3 times you are on a plane, three times it crashes. They will say he's a bad. Even in Ghana, if you die or your wife dies, they say that the wife has killed. When you see the widow, she's like, she's a bad a person. Or bad luck. This is like a bad luck first time when you travel with him or his cow three times and a pasta, you swim, swim, swim, swim, swim, swim for 48 hours. When you come out totally wet in the sea. And when he comes out, he's coming to light a fire and a snake comes out and bites himself. Ah, this man. Yeah, he's a devil. He has escaped from the sea, but still he has to die. Is it not amazing God is against him but the apostle Paul used? That rather as the sign that God was with him. Don't be discouraged by some of the struggles that you have been through or that you go. Through in your life. Don't be afraid to lose. You must lose losing this part of Christianity. You must have. You must have the experience of the battle. Christianity is a battle. We are fighting for something. We are fighting with the devil. We are fighting against an enemy. It's not something that we are just coming to sail through peacefully. There is a great reward waiting for us and there must be something that we have earned by the end of the day. It's something that we have fought a good fight, run our race, finish our course and we say henceforth is made-up for. Me found of righteousness. Hallelujah, are you? Listening to me. So don't be afraid of suffering, don't be afraid of difficulties, don't be afraid of pain. It's all part of God's blessing for us, He says. Wherein I suffer trouble as an evil doer even unto bonds, but the word of God is not bound trouble. I'm suffering trouble and he says yeah, all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution is another thing that we suffer persecution, persecution. And then Hebrews 1125 should not be 25. Is that well? Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the pleasures of the Bible, says Moses. When he was come to years, when he matured, when he was mature, he chose to suffer affliction with the people of God. Are you listening to me? He chose. How many are going to choose? Will you choose affliction? Will you choose to suffer? Will it be your? Choice or your choice? Will be the easy way. Some of us the reason why we should engage in peace wherever we are. Nobody should leave any church fighting. OK, even if you are going. And it looks like you are losing. Lose, don't fight. God is the lifter of your head. He's the lifter of your head. He is the one who will lift you up. He will promote you so that you see people fighting over instruments, You see them fighting over a car, over a house, over the offering. Archbishop Idahosa, that's what I mean. I've seen these things. If you say you have taken a church, I won't fight with you. I will give you to the wind, to time, eternity, God, the elements, the stars and the moon. You will discover yourself, not me. You will find out for yourself. Something will teach you, not me. I cannot judge you. That was the Father. Have committed all judgment to the Son. He himself judged no man that have committed all judgement to the Son. The Son himself will judge you, not me. You want to fight over ancient Archbishop in the host and he had a branch. The pastor decided to take the branch path the church. So he sent his path, his brother and other pastors in a car to go and get the history if you are taking it and give us our property as I'm talking today, huh? They haven't seen neither his brother nor any of those pastors again. And the car, everything vanish, huh? They kill them, they bend them. They haven't seen them again. After up till today, I'm talking because of instruments. Look, there is nothing that we are going to fight over money, this, that, whatever now, it's not worth it. It's not worth it for police to come and close our churches, huh? We are going to live at peace with each other. We are going to exhibit Christianity. Bible says with thee there is forgiveness, that thou mayest be feared. Somebody who forgives people is feared. You see, when somebody forgive you, you are afraid. What is he going to do now? Is he forgiving you? So people, what is the next move? So that's why God says to you, But when when you forgive people, you are rather feared. It's like what? He's not saying anything, He's not doing anything. Hey, what is going to happen to me? Will it happen suddenly? He said with thee there is forgiveness, that thou mayest be feared. Somebody is cheating you. Bible says, would you not rather allow yourself to be cheated? Do you know that it's in the Bible? Allow yourself. That's what Jesus was saying. You slap me on the side trying the other thing. If he asks you for your cloak, you give him your coat in in addition. But what are we saying if you slap if if must have slap you. What you do? You have his hand. Hey. Hallelujah. Amen. All right. If we suffer, we shall reign with him now. First Peter 314 You suffer for righteousness sake, happy. Are ye and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled. Amen. Don't be afraid, for it is better if the will of God be so that you suffer for well doing. Amen. First be. Therefore. The city let none of you. Suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evil doer or. As a busy body in other men's matters, yet if any man. Suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God on his behalf. Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God, commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing as a faithful Creator. Amen. Romans chapter 8, verse 18. We are coming to the end of this session. It says, for I reckon are you listening, that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in US? Is that the sufferings of this present time cannot be compared with the glory. And so when there is no suffering, there is no glory that is going to be revealed because we are not prepared to suffer anything. And I tell you, it's going to be a mystery. How do you suffer in the midst of prosperity? Because we are not throwing the prosperity message away. Somehow we are keeping it. But that is what Jesus said. Maybe some of you did not see. He said there is no one that has left houses or lands, brothers and sisters and whatever, who shall receive houses and lands, brothers and sisters, wives, husbands with persecution. So we are moving into the era of combined prosperity with sufferings, and not only sufferings without prosperity and only prosperity without any suffering for Christ, but you are going to receive all these things a hundredfold in the now with. Persecution. I think maybe we should tend to that best so that you see it. I believe it's in Mark 10, Mark 10 verse 29 and Jesus Mark chapter 10 verse 29. It says, And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that has left House of brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lungs, for my sake and the Gospel's sake. But ye shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions, and in the world to come eternal. Life. But many that are. First shall be last and the last first. Wow, how many are understanding the revelation better now? Yeah. So you are going to see a wonderful combination of these things. You will have the certain blessings. You will also experience the persecutions and the sufferings of God. But. Not persecution because you are not paying Social Security, or persecution because you are evading tax. Or persecution because you are a thief. But persecution because you are doing the will of God and you are doing the work of God, and you are suffering for righteousness sake. But many of us are experiencing persecution because we bought a car. Do you? Understand that people are against or we are experiencing driving a certain kind of. Car which people are persecuting and most of the persecution of the cars manager have been because of cars. Do you have that in South Africa as well? Big. Time big time pastor and his car is one of the biggest issues that's why our advice pastor that let us. Just plan to. Drive the dream car of your choice in heaven. Do you understand what I'm saying? Plan to drive that car in heaven and forget about it here. It's a good message. It's a good message because I also know the best car. I don't drive the best cars. I want the Lord. Told me don't let a car be a problem for the ministry. What is a car shouldn't be a problem. Car should not be a problem. Let us decide. Use plan process set to affection on things about, not on things on this earth. And seek if you be reason with Christ, see those things. Which are above where Christ seated at the right hand of God, And when Christ shall appear, When Christ shall then? We also shall appear, and that is when we are going to blow time and live and drive the cars. One day I was in South America and I was by the Pacific Ocean and there was a big yacht, a big boat, and there were two of them there. Millionaires on the 95 millionaires, you have to have one. So as I was standing there, I told the pastors and some other people that were standing there. I just said, oh, I'll have mine in heaven. I'll have my yacht in heaven. And then the person said no, no, no, I'll have mine here. So you see two different ways of thinking. Somebody says I want it here, I want it now. You may have to lose it so that the gospel can go on. And why don't you want to lose anything at all? You may have to live without a car for the rest of your life and your ministry. Why don't you want it? If that's what it means? We have to live in a village where you wouldn't have lived if people believe what I'm saying. Ghana will be saved. Nigeria will be saved. Liberia will be saved. All our nations will be saved. Amen. Hallelujah. I beg you to believe what I'm sharing with you because I'm sharing. With all these. Scriptures I'm reading I'm reading so that you know that we are standing on the word of God. We are not standing on Bishop that he would most a new idea that he's brought to come and try to bring us now. That's why I just said no. Print out all these. Verses for me, let me go and read it to the people because they will believe it if I read the Bible, maybe if I say they won't believe me. So I'm reading to you verses from the Bible. I'm not teaching, I'm not giving you any notes. I'm not. I'm just reading to you this from the Bible direct I reckon. That's how he's thinking. How are we thinking? We are thinking here, but he's thinking that the sufferings of this are not compared to. The glory that is coming, 2nd Corinthians chapter one, verse 6, it says whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or whether we be comforted, It is for your consolation. Everybody, are you listening to me? Listen, It says. I know you didn't. Understand it so I. Want to read it again? It says. Whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and your salvation. The sufferings of a minister lead to the salvation of people, just as the salvation of the world was secured by the sufferings of Christ. To a lesser degree, the salvation of the people who we are ministering to will be established or secured by the sufferings of the pastor or the minister that God sends. If you take a husband and wife who are suffering together in the house and they want to divorce. If they continue to suffer together for the sake of their children, they decide we will not divorce and they continue to suffer and in the end one of them dies through their sufferings. The children are normal because they decided that they wouldn't divorce. They would suffer entertainment until the last day if not for us, but for the sake of the children. Mainly, parents have stayed together only because of their children and it is through the suffering, not for themselves but for their children, that their children are normal. I thank God that. My father didn't meet my mother right up till he died. I thank God it provided a roof over my head. I have a friend, his father. Left his mother or his mother. Left his father, one of them, there was a living. He became, he became abnormal. After today he's not normal because the age at which he was when his mother left his father, it affected. But his younger brothers and sisters. You, you find out that his younger brothers and sisters were not affected because when you are very young, you don't understand what is going on. Are you listening to me? So. Ladies and gentlemen. When sometimes somebody is suffering, experiences certainty. He's suffering for the people. Sometimes you have a pasta. He's experiencing hunger for the people. He's experiencing disgrace for the people. He's experiencing certainty for the people. And that's why Paul says that if I'm experiencing affliction, it's for your consolation and for your salvation. Christ has already died for us, but the suffering we are going through and the afflicting we are going through is for your salvation. Every. You see, there are many things that I have been through is for the salvation of some of my other pastors, my church members, my children, the churches, and maybe they have it easier because of some of the things I have been through for them. The bullets are. Finished the views. All of me. If you take somebody like Bishop Duncan Williams, he was. He drove a Benz, he drove a nice car. He sits on an aeroplane today. Many persons sits on an aeroplane. Drive this car, drive that car. Nobody talks about it because the bullets are finished. They used to shoot him and he has, He has been in this town. He has suffered so many things and those things he has suffered are things that he has suffered for the consolation and the salvation. Many of past experienced consolation and salvation because he experienced it. On our behalf. You may not think so, but it's because you are not spiritual. If you are spiritual, you will understand what everybody contributes. Everybody, All our fathers and all the people who were there before us, all are contributing. You may not. Know that's not when Jesus Christ came to this world, he. He he, he flowed with John the Baptist. He bowed himself down the river to join the Baptist. Even though he was God and he was the Son of God. He humbled himself. He knew that. And that is why when they asked him, where are you from, he said, where is John from? If you can answer where John from you, I will tell you where I am from. Because if you say John is from God and say where I was baptized by John, so I am, I am also from God. Yeah, if you can tell me where John. And he said if you wouldn't answer where John is from, and if you said John is not from God, the people knew that he was a prophet. And if you said John is from God, then he also said they refused to answer. I will also not tell you where I'm from. No, I will also not answer where. I am from. So, ladies and gentlemen, people have suffered, and some of us, because we refused to be a little hungry before we, because we refused to suffer the humiliation of submitting ourselves to certain people. Nobody is blessed if that church where the pastor is trying to break away were to suffer whatever they say. He should suffer from his Bishop in whichever country he is. It would have worked out for the salvation and the confusion of all the Saints and the church and so on. But we don't want to suffer. We wouldn't suffer. We will fight. It. Amen. Are you? Listening to me. Stand up everybody. I'm reading the next one. This message continues on the next track. Keep listening.
