Welcome to track number one of break forth and become who you can become. All right, it's good to see all of you again, Amen. So I believe that tonight is just an introductory night to begin our camp for five days. Amen. So tonight our theme once again is become who you can become. And then it's also break forth into and become whom you can become. Amen. Do you understand now the whole idea of the camp is like, is there a reason why our door doors open at the back? Can we have the door closed? And I think the air conditioner should be on otherwise it's going to it's quite hot here. Or is there a problem? All these are off 1-2 off the back. Is everybody here? Where's Amma? Is everybody here? Most of them are here. OK, Good. Is there anybody here who should not be here? Everybody is here who should be here? Good. I think last. Can the door be closed? Always. Because I'm not speaking to people outside. Always, Always, always should be shut. OK, Yeah. Last year we started to become whom we can become. And which is similar to capitalism, isn't it? It's, it's more of you rise up and become what you can become, who you can become, isn't it? Yes. And I think that it's, it's very, very important that we develop this general idea. Amen. So generally survival is connected to money. So during this camp, one of the things that we are going to be looking at is how to make money, all right, how to be rich, Amen, and how to be successful in whatever we are doing, Amen, to become what you can become. Now we are, we agree that everybody has is endowed with different gifts. Some have more gifts than others and we all have to accept it. My daughter was asking me, I was traveling and she was asking whether I can I not take Air Force One. And I said, I said no, I cannot take Air Force One. And I realized something that will never happen probably in my entire life is to sit on Air Force One no matter who I become. Do you get it? Yeah, its something I will never see, you know, because the grace of God that has been given to me has not included traveling on Air Force One. Yes. So I have to accept it for the rest of my life that I will not, cannot, you know, sit on Air Force One. I can sit on British Airways KLM, there's there's that. But I cannot sit on Air Force One. Do you understand? And I'm not angry that I cannot sit on Air Force One. I am not going to fight with anybody who can sit on Air Force One, and I'm not going to be jealous of anybody who can sit on Air Force One. And I'm not going to hate somebody who can sit on Air Force One. Do you understand? And I'm going to accept that I am not going to sit on Air Force One and that somebody else will sit on Air Force One. Jim Baker, a pastor, he sat on Air Force One in his book. I was wrong. One of the things that he said he had experienced when he was being taken as a prisoner, did you get it? He said I somebody who has flown on Air Force One before and now I'm in handcuffs being taken on a plane. Yeah. So it's OK to him that somebody who has flown on Air Force One before was now in handcuffs as a prisoner. You get it? So the point that I'm making is that the fact that I would never sit on Air Force One is not a problem to me. I've accepted my level and my standard in life, and I still feel that I'm blessed anyway. Amen. So you too. There are some houses you will never live in. There are some places you will never go. There is some money that you will never see. There are certain levels you may never see or you will never see. It should not be an issue to destroy yourself or to become wild and become some way you get it. But there are things you may see. It depends on the grace of God and the gift of God that he gives to you and also your ability to overcome your impulses. OK, are you there? So I want, I'm just generally giving an idea of what we are trying to do at the camp. We are trying to become what we can become, Amen. If you can become rich, you can be poor, you can be successful, you can do whatever it is possible. Amen. Now it is not a motivational seminar. It is not a motivational seminar and it is not really about money, but it's also about money because it affects your life, Amen. And it affects you greatly. But I believe that if we take the principles seriously, we are going to do well, Amen. So just pray for a few moments for wisdom. Amen. Music. The. Luia. Amen. All right, So those of us who are not missionaries or in missionary positions, OK, one of the things is that you must understand the way we are headed. Amen. We are headed in that direction. We are headed in the direction of managing ourselves, governing ourselves, becoming what we can become. Everything is in seasons, all right. So the season in which there is one big father who just gives everything to everybody, you understand by his benevolence, his abilities, his largesse, you get it. He's able to just make buy a building, get this, do this, do all that. That season is ending may not be completely ended. That is ending, you understand. And the season is that Yamish you were able to come that was good. And the season 4 rising up OK, and then becoming what you can become, you understand, so that if you become very high praise God, if you become very low praise God, whichever it is, that season is beginning. Now you see, because everything is is in seasons, you have to understand. So I mean, no matter how nice or how good something is it, it always goes in for a season. If it is your marriage, everybody is married to his wife or her husband for a season. I mean, it's, it's as simple as that. Your marriage is, we say this marriage is forever and this is whatever. If anyone would break up this union, it will be Satan. This, this what? Therefore, give him no place. Give him no place. This, this marriage is forever. It's not true. It's not forever. You understand, it's for a season. But I mean, if you say that during the vows, this marriage is for a season, it do not sound good. That is why, that is why, that is why we do not say this marriage is for a season. We say this marriage is forever. It's actually for a season. Yeah. You you are only married to your spouse for a season. And that season for a season of your life. Do you get it? I have lived longer single than I have lived married. Yeah, my life. I've been longer in of my the long, longer part of my life single and a shorter part of my life married to my wife, you see. And As for the star season, I don't know when it will end. Nobody knows when it will end, but every season has an end. No matter how nice it is and no matter how good it is, it's always just for a period. And then another season comes above. That's life. Do you get it? So life is made-up of different chapters, you know. So chapter 1, you may be with this person. Chapter 2, you may be with another person or you may be alone because your first chapter you maybe you were alone or with some boyfriends and girlfriends and then after that you were with your husband or your wife and then you may be alone anyway. I mean, Bishop Saki is a good example of that. He's had one season. He's entering another season or it is the third season of his life. Do you get it? Whether you like it or not, it's reality. More husbands will die, more wives will die. Whether you want it or not, you don't like it, you, whatever it is, there are, that's the reality of life. Not everybody's going to be 70 years old. I mean, even in Ghana the life expectancy is 58. Do you understand? So there are a lot of things that can knock all of us out along the way. And that's a reality of life. You get it. All good things, all nice things, have a season and that is the reality. But in our youthfulness and our wishes for nice things never to end, we never acknowledge such truths. Do you understand? Yeah. And we, we we, we resist them in our minds. And we make vows against such thoughts and such ideas. Do you understand? And it sounds horrendous that somebody would even think of marrying again. Like, for instance, when Bishopsaki announced that he was going to marry, there was a cry, a scream of horror from a section of ladies in the Kodesh. A scream of horror. They were terrified. And the reason that they were terrified and horrified is because they saw themselves in that picture that if you make the mistake of dying, your replacement will be sought for in in a within a season. And your place, your bed, your curtains, your cushions, your pillows, your utensils, everything will be used by another. So it is a difficult thought to comprehend. And your children will be looked after by another. It's an unfortunate reality, but that is the reality. And it's a reality because very few husbands and wife die on the same day. When Panam crashed in Lockerbie, they gave the list of fathers, the list of mothers and the list of mothers and fathers who died in that plane. That is when it occurred to me how few there were about 20 that the mother and the father were on board together, then the fathers alone, that the mothers alone, and then the young people who are not fathers and mothers. They gave the list when they were dealing with Gaddafi. You know that these are the things that he has done. People are from mother and father, mother and father, mother and father, mother and father, mother and father. But there were not so many, you see. And that even shows you that husband and wife to die on the same day. It's not so common as you may think. So that's seasonal change. Whether you like it or not. It's more likely than anything else that it will, it will come about. Amen. So I'm saying all this. Somebody may say I'm just perambulating, but all my perambulations have some importance. It will help us to learn because we all learn slowly, Amen. And what I'm telling you is very, very important because we do not realize that the season has changed many people even after we've done this maturity conference last year, become who you can become. I mean, we have had this. One says can you do this? Can you buy this? Can you do this? We want rent, we want this, we want that. And the request keep coming. And Pastor Richard tells me that his phone in the middle of the night, at dawn, every moment of the day is beeping. SHO, SHO, SHO, SHO. I need this. We need this. Mr. Chairman. It's like Bishop has translated those powers to you. So find, find solutions and bring money for things. Now that one is also ending because that is not his job. That is nobody's job. Do you get it? Yeah. Malaria is a sickness that was found as far as Russia, Switzerland, the Swiss Alps and so on. Now it is complete. I'll give you the full list of places that malaria was found. I'll give you the countries. Maybe the next session somebody should remind me. I'll give it to you. And Switzerland? As far as Swiss Alps? The mountains? Yeah. Now malaria was eradicated from all these countries, huh? By not by throwing treated mosquito Nets at the people, but by industrializing agriculture, irrigation, removing of swamps, development, remove the possibilities for mosquitoes to even grow and breed. Malaria is not a disease of Africa. It's malaria. And I will give it. I'll read it to you. I think you may not believe. I'll read it out to you and you will see. Do you understand? So development or the progress or overcoming some very serious problem does not come by throwing money at people or by just throwing the solving the symptoms of the problem. You understand the sentence of the problem when you treat them does not solve the real problem. And that is what many times we try to do by throwing money at people. Even what they are calling Millennium Development Goals is to throw out money at people and redistribute wealth so that by the year 2002 thousand and whatever, there will not be anybody who earns less than a dollar a day, blah, blah, blah, and those kind of things, which is not the way they themselves became rich. They did not become rich by throwing money at people. You get it. You do not become successful and wealthy by money being thrown at you. Nobody will ever and has ever developed in that way. You get it. You, you, you do it. You develop in another way, you get it. So if you think that that is a good thing, is obviously the mentality in Africa to just have money, give us money, throw money at that, throw money at that, throw money at that and everything will change. It's not true. You have to go through the hardships of learning skills, mechanical. How many of us pastors, you know, you need to go through the hardship of learning mechanical skills, hard end skills, you know, that will make you self-sufficient and make you survive and make you do well. And no one can give those things you by throwing money at you. Throwing money at people doesn't make them rich. You get it? Yeah. So that is that that that way of governing the church, it's it's past. It's something that we did through not we're not throwing money around, but helping a lot for us to rise up out of the ashes and rise up out of the and we are still going to help and all that. But you know, we are not going to like Julian in what's his name, Madagascar. You know, they had some issues there and I said they should whatever. Then he sent me a text that they want and I use examples. We are all my children so I can use those examples that they need some money to rent a house. I said I will never, I will never, never send you the money. Then they said they need money to come to a maturity. I said I will never send you the money to come to maturity conference. Never. If you can't come and then whatever I say, if you can't get a job, close down the mission and come. Julian is one of my dear. If he was to come, you come and work in my personal office with me. But I will not, I will not sustain those things. Do you understand what I'm saying? Yeah. So what I'm just trying to explain to you is that the harshness of the reality that summer is gone, winter has come or winter has gone, summer has come. So if you want to wear your summer clothes in the winter time, you are going to explain such bitterness that you may be shocked at the effect that it has on your life and your soul. Amen. Now, if we do not rise up and lend what we must lend, it's going to cost us far more than we could ever think. Amen. Hallelujah. So, brothers and sisters, during this camp, I believe we are going to learn a lot of different things that are both wisdom and power, all right? And all of them work together, Amen. All of them go together. They are all things that are related. They are related to each other. So many things this is related to this is related to this is related to this, that's what about the things work together. So sometimes when things are worked together, only one thing changes. All the other things which are working don't work again, because only one of the things that is combining together to work has stopped working. And then a whole series of things don't work again. Amen. So we are forcing ourselves to become what we can become. Yeah. With strength. Amen. And anybody who does not believe it, you get it, is going to be forced to accept it. Amen. Are you there? All right. So I believe that it is a powerful revelation and I want us to have great understanding and blessings, Amen, that are going to come to us. Any questions? Does anybody have any questions? Do you have any questions before we close for the night? And also, you know, one of the things that I believe I had the Holy Spirit which spread in my spirit, is that there's no need to preach too much, you know, because we need to apply a lot of the things we've already heard. You see, today when we're coming, I was driving with the folks in my car and I just pointed out some of the things on the way. And I said, what is this in the leadership training that we have? Example at Kasua, I think that is where it started. I said Kasua, if you remember, there was a big market there and they removed the market some time ago so that the road could go through and then all the market has come back now to that place and all they are selling on the street. So I said what is this in the leadership book, The Art of Leadership? This is just like how when you see something, say, no, this is stage 3 political disloyalty. This thing I was saying and in Lighthouse we can easily see that in that this thing you are in the book, it's an independent spirit direct, you get it. But many churches, they don't can't see that. And to my surprise, the people in the car were not able to answer. Bishops elected and so on and so forth and other administrators, high officials of the church, and I kept giving more and more examples and they were not able to answer. In fact, I became discouraged. I was actually depressed by the time I got here because I was wondering to myself that, you see, if we cannot see these things and really understand that this thing, this thing of calling for money from here, this thing. I mean, you see, I gave one example. I saw Barack Obama's picture and Professor Mills, you see, I asked her, what is this? What is that? What does it mean? What does it mean in the act of leadership? What, what does it, what does it reveal? I mean, a poor country like I, I read in the newspaper that we spent $10 million for that man's coming for 24 hour, 23 hours or 22 hours. Then he came all the billboards that we made from here, those huge billboards, he never saw even one of them flying with the three helicopters together with one helicopter very high in the sky looking. They are. The job of that helicopter on top of Obama's helicopter is to see the ground and to survey from afar any dangers that may be coming from Accra to Cape Coast. It's fantastic. Oh, the signs of Obama here, here, here, here. Millions, you know what does it mean? Which aspect of leadership does it reveal? Which is how we also are so until the people who are leading themselves can see this is this, this is this, this is this we have not really understood leadership and really cannot lead and cannot generate wealth. It's true, it's a fact because if what, what is Ghana at 50? What, what, what? You see Ghana at 50 on the news everyday, What is it a revelation of? It's a revelation of something you understand. But if you cannot see or cannot understand what Ghana at 50, for those of you are not from Ghana, there was anniversary. Ghana is 50 years old and they spent so many millions of dollars that they cannot even account for. There's so many problems and the new government is investigating the old government on that. Ghana at 50, OK expenses and so on, all kinds of things. You get it now you ask yourself, what is that? What are these and where does it apply in our lives as we spend a lot of money on anniversaries, uniforms for soldiers, uniforms for teachers, uniforms for students, uniforms for this, parades this, this, this that, that. Millions and there's no road from here to even oldest areas in Accra like Mata Echo and Dan Soman and other places. There is no Rd. there. But you ask yourself what are we celebrating? So recently when we had we had ISI, the administrator was looking after the kodesh. I was asking him for some money to paint. I said paint because of visitors, because business. Like I said, don't ask me for money, ask me for advice. And I will never paint the church because of visitors. I will not, I will not join the same bandwagon. I will not paint it and I did not paint it. I rather use the money to do permanent things in the church. The stairs, the balconies are the back to make the steps. That thing cost $10,000 per section. Just the wood 10,010 thousand 10,000 / 4050 thousand dollars before that thing you see was there. I'd rather do that one rather than paint the church. Higher contract for painting this disorder we all do then drapes and colors and whatever all of all this is the same thing is the same. Ghana at 40. Ghana at 50. Why not build a bridge to dunkle Chrome? Why not build a bridge across? Why not make a road? But you see, the mentality is still if you, we the pastors, it is in us. It is in ourselves as the leaders. And that is what I'm saying. That's why even depressed me as I asked the question, what is this? Can you not see what this is? It is like a foreigner will give you something foreigner, foreigner. You can ask Bishop Saki when I see foreigners, Americans this that it does not say when Donny Mccletely came to the church, I was not interested. They are very interested. They're going to see him take pictures, sit with him, sign this and so on. I'm not interested in that wasn't done with. Oh, he was very impressed by I don't get American. I'm not interested in US. The moment they step out, they don't care anything about us. Just come use. I mean, that's not, they're not bad people, but I mean, I've related with white people for him, yes, you should have seen when the Obama came, people who don't smile normally in Ghana, normally in Ghana, they don't smile. They were all smiling. It's not it's not impressive to me. You get what I'm saying? The point that I'm making is that until just like you see loyalty and disloyalty, you can identify. Until you can identify leadership things in ourselves, I tell you we will never become what we are supposed to become. Yeah. Amen. So, brothers and sisters, I believe that it's very, very important for us to identify. And so I don't think it's so much about preaching as about applying a lot of the things and about really implementing things that we have talked about with the hardness of faiths. You get it? Yeah. There are some churches we must close down. There are some missions that must be reversed. There are some people who are not leaders who must not be left to lead. There are some assistants who have been posing as leaders for years and they must be in their right position as assistants. There are people who are not at a certain rank, who must not be at that rank. And all those things are affecting us. And in the end we have something or that we are constantly struggling with. And at the end of the day, it is the person who is working very hard in the certain direction, who has to gather all the money and redistribute it. And redistribution of wealth has never made anybody wealthy. How did America become rich? How did Australia become rich? How did England become rich? How did Europe become rich? None of them became rich by having money thrown at them. None of them did that and have never become rich by having money redistributed to you or shared amongst people, which is what people want all the time because it's easier and it's faster, but it does not make you wealthy. Amen. So brothers and sisters, it's very, very important that we get some of these principles and ideas right, No matter how many things are pumped into us, I tell you, unless we ourselves are prepared to rise and apply them and implement them honestly, it makes all that we are doing and staying useless. So I really sense for in my spirit, more about Charlie. Let us all see that what we are saying, we are applying it fully, fully, whatever the implications are, we are prepared for it and we are pressing on with it and everybody should accept what he is not or what he is like. I said, my child, my daughter asked me a genuine question. Can we not go with Air Force One? Because when Obama came, I saw that you steal this plane, this is Obama's plane, Air Force One. Then I took the film DVD and I put it and I showed the Air Force One. See the same plane that Obama was in is in this film. So that's how she knew Air Force One, so that she was asking whether we can go with air because a lot of people go with Air Force One. And I said we can't go. We cannot go. And I, and I'm not going to cry over that, the fact that we cannot. But I realize I've been asked something that in my lifetime, I don't think I can supply that to my child. Amen. How many understand what I'm talking about? Yeah. So I don't know if you have any questions for this first session before we close all the things I'm going to preach. You know them. Any questions? No questions. Yes. Give me my mic. Hello. I think you mentioned overcoming impulses. Yeah, it it was quite deep, but you left it there. I don't know if you revisit it, I will. We will go into that. OK, I'm going to show you some science. Science is the spirit of understanding. The study of science is the study of the spirit of understanding. Yeah, science, biology, chemistry, science, science. Science is the spirit of understanding. The anointing is made-up of the seven spirits, Spirit of the Lord. All right, And all those seven spirits. And the spirit of understanding is the spirit of science. It's one of the things that makes up the spirit of understanding why something happens. Why is it that when you spray this, the mosquitoes die? Why is it that when you take this medicine, your heart stops? Why is it that when you press this, the car goes faster? Why is it that somebody can fly even though he's heavy? Why the spirit of understanding? So I'm going to share with you some scientific facts to give you some more of the spirit of understanding. Yeah. Are you with me? Any other question, Mr. Osaki? They don't have any questions. Yes. Dennis Bishop, you can be turning to Isaiah 11. I just wanted to find out what your expectations are in terms of the new system that you have put in place in terms of US governing ourselves. What are you expecting? I don't understand the question. Your question is an essay. I'm not writing essays here. That's a question that I can answer. I cannot answer, discuss. I wanted to just find out what you expect of of. I've already said what I expect. That's what we're setting it up. Become what you become. Become Chris at the back, stand up and ask you a question. Give him the microphone. Bishop, I just wanted to know how. I don't know. I'm just thinking how to rephrase the question. How do you like break out in terms of? You know, there's hierarchy, bureaucracies, you know, all those things. And there are things that you, you in yourself, you, you believe that you can try it. You can, you can break forth. You can break forth. But you know, how do you balance that with bureaucracies and, you know, protocol and order? OK, that's a very good question. When when, when you are gifted and you can break forth and break out, one of the things that happens is that you can become rebellious towards order and authority. Now the other thing is that with great wisdom you will know that when you can break out and break forth, and there are hierarchies and bureaucracies and different things around, one of the things is you need the wisdom to be able to break out and break forth in spite of the hierarchies and bureaucracies and so on. Because in the day that you break forth and break out and become what you can become, everybody will see the people you killed on your way to become what you could become. And those who follow you to become what you can become will have learned from you. Do you understand how to kill, to break out and to become what you can become? So that is where you need a lot of wisdom. You need, you need to, you need to have wisdom, but still. So a lot of people kill the initiative that they have and say, OK, I can't be anything. Once I'm in the system, the system stifles me. But there are people who can be patient and become something great. Do you get it and still be part of the system? Yes. So you need a lot of wisdom. Do you get it when you are balancing and handling, rising and still being part? Like I see I've risen in Ghana, in Accra. But I, I, I, I am subject to other higher powers that are in the system. I meet with Archbishop. I was with him. This is the same time last night I was with him. Right around this time last night, I was having a four man meeting with him. You know, and I've served myself to different things and I've played certain cards and related in a certain way for years also. It's also a teaching to people who are following me. You get it? Yeah. Because the loudest teaching is what you do apart from what you are saying. So you need, you ask for that, you really need. But if you just break out, if you take Obama, he broke out, broke for, broke out in spite of the systems. And that is why he's totally supported by the military, by white military officers, white generals, white judges, white everybody's white who has power. But they have, they have no right. They have no, They have no option than to back him and support him because he threw wisdom, climbed through the system and became what he could become. That's a reality. So that is a reality that is there, but you still need wisdom, otherwise you would not be able to survive. Yeah, but the reality is there. Like that's what they call Mavericks. Somebody who can make it, somebody who can do well, somebody who can do better than even somebody who is above him or somebody who was there before him and he's like, you can even do better. But I said that person is ahead of you and that person is before you, you know. But with every system, with time, you realize that somebody who can do well does break forth and does do well. Of course, unless a very oppressive system like the African system, which is what I'm always preaching about because I'm trying to drive that thing out of us. Because in our African context, we suppress people and assume that somebody who is below is evil. Like there's a proverb that they say that if beats are lost, beats fall to the ground. They cannot get lost in front of a grown up. But if the beats fall in front of children, they will get lost. Do you understand what it means? Have I said it right? If bees fall to the ground in front of grown-ups, they will not get lost. But when bees fall to the ground in front of children, they will get lost. Do you know what that proverb? It means that the children are thieves. So when the bees fall to the ground, they will steal them and hide them and they are dishonest by grown up. Dishonest. Have you? There's a pro, there's a, there's a Ghanaian proverb. And this proverb came about because my caddy at the golf course, right, had a problem with a Korean. And the Korean took the club and threatened to hit him with a club. And my caddy asked the Korean, can you do this in your own country? Can you take a club to hit a caddy in your own country? And for that, he was suspended. They have not even investigated the case. And he said that's what the man was doing. He cannot come and just try to hit me, can you? In Korea, can you take a club and hit a caddy? Not on your life, you understand? So when we confronted the manager of the Golf Club, now, why then if you have not investigated the case, suspend the Korean and suspend this one and then go into the case. Then he gave me the proverb that if beats fall down in front of a grown up, they will not get lost, but if they fall down in front of a child, they will get lost. In other words, the child is always dishonest and it's always wrong and it's always a liar. Well, that is not my, my philosophy that if the person is lower, the person is a liar, the person is wrong. But you see, of course, if you live in a system like that, you cannot easily rise. Oh, you cannot easily rise because you are always wrong, because you are a junior. You are always evil because you are a junior. You understand? But I don't think so. That is not my philosophy. Are you with me? Have I answered your question? So you need a lot of wisdom. You need a lot of wisdom. And but with wisdom, and when you have wisdom with the ability to rise, what happens that is that in future you end for yourself the right also to be a father and the right for people to also listen to and a lot of people to follow you, which is something you end. It's not something that just happens to you. Yes. All right. Any other questions? I'm waiting for questions. I'm not preaching, I'm waiting. No questions, Messi ask a question, Yes. So why do you wait for me to ask? Bishop, in your experience, why do you think it's so difficult for us to see the leadership? We we can't seem to see the leadership lapses and in ourselves and around just like what you were saying that when you're coming by and you gave the examples nobody could really see. OK. The people who are in the car should stand up and answer. The people who are in the car should stand up and answer. Give them the mic. The people who are in the car should please stand up and answer. I should go to the chairman. Chairman, the search will bring it. Messi, I stand up probably answer you. They are answering your question. What's your question? I think we can see your question. I'm not sure I know why. I don't know the passenger, all those why? Well, I don't know if I know why either, but but I'll tell you what I observed. What I observed this afternoon on our way here is that when Bishop asked the question, we were sort of given descriptions of what may be wrong. But I think as Bishop said that what he was looking for was a certain, a certain sharp understanding of what the real issue is. And he gave the example of if we saw maybe someone behaving in a certain way, we would very quickly be able to say this is independent stage. And so as we and later on we, he stopped the car and we borrowed the art of leadership from another vehicle that was behind us. So as he kept on asking the questions, we were reviewing the table of contents and looking at the chapters to see who would identify the things. So for me, my conclusion was that we need to, even for that book, we need to be able to know it so well that we'll be able to identify the issues more easily. I think that we've read the book, but what I saw this afternoon is that a certain grasp of what it means to be a leader and an understanding of it is what is absent. And you've probably read it just as a book, but have not really. So I have started reading the book again. Do we answer your question? I think so. Are the others to speak. I would say that maybe many times we don't take time to observe what we see and relate it to what we have learnt. Bishop may give the example that if a doctor sees somebody going to the bathroom several times immediately, you know, even though they've learnt in school and they've studied a lot of subjects, they're able to apply their knowledge to make a diagnosis and therefore be able to change the situation for that person. But would seem that we've learnt the things, probably not understood them or lent them at a depth that we can apply to our everyday lives. And Bishop was asking over and over again that the things you are seeing here, it's the same in the church. You know, we are so quick to criticize the government and all that, but all the things we're seeing around us are happening right here in our church. Messi Yeah. I think that apart from everything that has been said, perhaps one of the things that we don't realise is that we are leaders also because I mean, we, we are thinking of someone else's failure to do something. You know, the government hasn't done that, this hasn't, this person hasn't done what it's supposed to do. But we fail to realise that wherever we are as pastors or missionaries, we also are leaders and we should be seeing ourselves the same way that we see the governments or whatever and the the same mistakes that they are making.
